Delivering all needed medical and supportive services, TRU PACE provides the entire continuum of care and services to seniors with chronic care needs while maintaining independence in their homes for as long as possible. TRU PACE services include the following:
- Adult day care
- Nursing
- Physical and occupational therapies
- Nutritious meals
- Social work
- Personal care
- Meaningful recreational therapies
- Medical care provided by an onsite PACE physician familiar with the history, needs, and preferences of each participant
- Home health care and personal care
- All necessary prescription drugs
- Social services
- Medical specialties (click here for Provider list)
- Respite care
- Hospital and nursing home care when necessary
- Other services or medical interventions as determined necessary by the IDT team regardless of whether it is a benefit of Medicare and/or Medicaid
- Transportation to and from TRU PACE and to specialty providers (provided by Via)

TRU PACE participants must receive all needed healthcare, including primary care and special physician services (other than emergency services) from TRU PACE contracted providers. TRU PACE participants may be fully and personally liable for costs of any unauthorized out-of-network services.
