David Wensel, MD, Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Wensel received his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University. He is board certified in Family Medicine and in Hospice and Palliative Care. Prior to TRU, Dr. Wensel spent ten years as chief medical officer for hospice, palliative care, home health, and PACE at Midland Care in Topeka, Kansas. He is a past chair of the Primary Care Committee for the National PACE Association and served on that organization’s board of directors.
Lisa-Marie Brown, MD, Medical Director
Dr. Brown received her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. She is certified in Family Medicine, Geriatrics, and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Born in Kingston, Jamaica and raised in Mission, Texas, Dr. Brown appreciates her TRU PACE family – colleagues and participants with whom she gets to work. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, playing piano, cooking, and time spent with family and friends.
Ingrid Duffy, Nurse Practitioner
Ingrid received her nursing degree from Louisiana State University and her MSN from Loyola University in New Orleans. She is certified in Family Practice. Ingrid is excited to work with the multidisciplinary team at TRU PACE and to provide comprehensive care to their participants. Originally from Washington State, she enjoys skiing, hiking, concerts, and travel.
Victoria Harvey, Nurse Practitioner
Victoria received her BSN from the University of North Dakota and her MSN from California State University San Marcos. She is credentialed in Advanced Care Hospice and Palliative Nursing. Victoria loves being part of a robust team that collaborates to provide comprehensive, individualized care to TRU PACE participants. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, hiking, biking, skiing, and time with family.
Nora Keane, FNP-BC, Nurse Practitioner
Nora is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her BA in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado, her BSN from Regis University, and her MSN from the University of Northern Colorado. She appreciates how TRU PACE staff work as a team to provide the highest quality of all-inclusive care. Nora enjoys time with family and friends, new restaurant experiences, pickleball, golf, and hiking in the mountains.
Mary Gay Josephine “Meret” Marangola, DO, Physician
Dr. Marangola received her DO from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed her Internal Medicine Residency and Geriatric Fellowship at Wake Forest School of Medicine, and completed her Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Originally from Charlotte, NC, Meret enjoys hiking, skiing, playing the piano, and spending time with family. She loves getting to know PACE participants and their values.
Hanna Peltier, Physician Assistant
Hanna, a certified physician assistant from South Dakota, received her MS in Physician Assistant Studies from Des Moines University and her BS in Biology from Northern State University. Hanna loves working with a multidisciplinary team to bring about the best experiences and outcomes for TRU PACE participants. She enjoys building relationships with participants and walking alongside them during this journey. Her hobbies include hiking with her family, running, and reading.
Taryne Wolf, MSN, APRN, A-GNP-C, Nurse Practitioner
Taryne received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Rivier University in NH and her Master of Science in nursing from Maryville University in MO. She’s worked for years in medical-surgical, telemetry, skilled nursing, and long-term care. Taryne believes that involving patients in their care can help create the best personalized care plan. In her free time, she enjoys reading, exploring new places, and spending time with family and friends.
