At TRU PACE, we contract with local providers in Boulder, Lafayette, Louisville, Longmont, Erie, Firestone, Frederick, Westminster, Broomfield, Thornton, Westminster, Northglenn, Brighton, Fort Lupton, Arvada, and other areas to ensure participants have access to services not available at the Center.
With TRU PACE, you have a team of healthcare professionals working with both you and your family to ensure you get the coordinated care that you need. Your team gets to know you as an individual and helps you with your overall well-being, not just medical care. In addition to your primary care physician, we have many specialists who can provide you with expert medical attention in a variety of fields. A full list of our providers can be found here.

When you enroll in TRU PACE, we become your primary care provider. TRU PACE will coordinate all of your care needs, and can not guarantee that you will continue to see your current specialty provider(s). Enrolling in TRU PACE means you might have new services for service like pharmacy, oxygen, transportation, etc.
Why does this happen?
As a TRU PACE participant your care is fully coordinated and coordinating all your care is an important concept of the PACE model.
If you have any questions about a potential change in service, please ask or visit our FAQ’s.
